Build a Powerful Workflow using Workflow Commons module

The documentation says that when creating a page for a user task in a workflow, a microflow (DS_WorkflowUserTask_GetWF_OnboardingContext) will also be created when using the Workflow Commons module. But when I created the page, I did not see the workflow created. The complete task button gives an error message "An error Occurred. Please contact system administrator".

Please advise on how to proceed.
