where is UserManager menu item ？

To interact with Mendix you generate a Java action from Mendix Studio Pro by right-clicking UserManager > Add other... > Java Action. i can‘’t find the UserManager  menu and the course  addr is : https://gettingstarted.mendixcloud.com/link/module/329/lecture/2547/12.4-Mendix-Java-Action      my app project :

Instead of “ from Mendix Studio Pro by right-clicking UserManager > Add other... > Java Action. “ read “ from Mendix Studio Pro by right-clicking Project Explorer > <Any module title> > Add other... > Java Action. “
