Task starter Template

so doing some of the training courses and the course I’m doing is using the task starter template. The first thing it has you do is preview it and create a task. When I do this no task is created, so it will be difficult for me to test any further logic I apply to this if I am unable to even create a task. I have attempted the login as admin option and as user. neither of these options work.

To help you find out what is wrong: anything in the logmessages when creating the task? Any error message? Or does the task get created, but it something preventing you from reading the newly created task?

Check if the task gets created in the database. To open the database, in your Mendix Studio Pro go to View->Console and in the console go to Advanced->Start built-in database viewer.
