It is just a Information not an error, Just click Open Anyway button.

Hey ronaldo,

I had this error in my learning path. Sometimes this error happens if we have created the project using using some other version of mendix and try to open the app in different version. so try to open the app in same version in which the project was created. Just install the appropriate version of mendix. You can install multiple versions simultaneously. Hope this will work.
