Error CE0527 Select a default home page for this profile in the navigation document. ( Have done that already)

I get the error from the title strange enough because I have selected a default home page like in the picture. How can I solve this?

The Trainee role that you selected inside the Role based home page has no Target to go to, you need to select a target.
