App settings in Mendix Studio

Hello, I am using Mendix studio for an app in a tutorial. Is there a way to set default configuration for this within Studio? For instance, dates are displayed in US format rather than UK format. I have seen configuration in Studio Pro but I am using Studio. Should Mendix set things like date format from the browser settings? So if a browser has language as UK English then dd/mm/yyyy and if US English then mmdd/yyyyy.

No, those settings are available only in Studio Pro. Studio, the web-version, is quite new, only two years old and is only suitable for PO’s, functional non-developers. Anything slightly more complex then putting a datagrid on the screen, is not possible in Studio.
