CrashCourse 3.4.2 - MockHR Service unable to run locally.

Hello! Im currently working through the Crash Course and am stuck trying to run the MockHR Service. (Please see screenshot below). I’m running Mendix Version 9.12.1 (which isn’t available on the studio drop down version so please ignore my selection of 9.9.0) and the MockHRFile is named 8_18_0 not sure if this discrepancy would impact anything?
