        You can’t download the mendix documentation but you can print it.

By using

Open the documentation which once you want in the browser and use the default window property Ctrl+P you will be redirecting to a new window to print there you will be having a option of print click on that you will be populating a new system filemanager window to save the file and give a name for the file and save it in a respective location.

you will be finding the file over in the location or drive if u check it out.

The saved file will be written with the help of @media print function where you wont get unneccessary information.

For some of the concepts pdf document are available in the learning path. Its downloadable

you will have to download each topic seprately (big task) 

print click on print icon and then save as pdf 

and it is not possible to download whole documentation in once
