Navigate from List view to Line Item View of a list

Hi All,   In a newly created app i updated the Home-Web and i added a list double line. Next, i clicked in in the textbox of this new list and i opened a List View to add a filter condition for an entity named “Contact(MyFirstModule). After making the changes i need to go back to title of the list, the main view sort of say.  But i simply don't know to ge back to the main titel view, to change the title text of the list. So i'm stuck in the List View.   Can someone help me out with this simple question?   Thank you in advance.

I’m not sure if this is what you need, but you can put this second list view in a popup modal page, so when you finish what you’re doing, you can just close/save and go back to the previous list/page.

So i choose List View which directed me to the first screenshot, i did my changes there, and now i have to go back to this screen, with all the breadcrumbs. i need to adjust the Text.
