How to start my second attempt of the Advanced Exam

The day before yesterday I unfortunately failed for my Advanced Exam with a result of 74%. The given discount code includes two attempts, but I don't see how I can start my second attempt. When I open my completed Advanced Exam in the the academyportalcloud, open the tab ‘Exam result’ I am given the following message: Your exam hasn’t been assessed yet. This will be done shortly after taking the exam.   Does anyone have any idea how to start up a second attempt, and how long it takes for your exam to be assessed?

Instead of using the support function I've send an email to the Academy directly.

Guess I'll just have to be a bit more patient.

I’m readying myself for the advanced exam Martijn – 74% fail is harsh. 

 

Which areas did you need to work on? :)
