Hi Pravin, there should be a hotfix implemented now. If you register for the Exam again the issue should be resolved. Please let me know if this works!

Did you forward the message?
The mail states that the link behind te button deprecates when the mail is forwarded. Otherwise contact academy for a new e-mail with a llink to the exam.
