step1:open file menu in the app(to be back up)

step2:give Export App package in desired location

note:To import an app use import app package

Hello Ather Syed,
 

Follow the steps in studio pro;
1. Click on file.
2. Select Export App Package.
3. If you want your data from the database, select New snapshot. Otherwise select No data.
4. Click Export.
