You need to point to a directory where you want your package to be extracted (like it says on the top of that screenshot). Do make sure it is not a directory in onedrive because that will give you errors because onedrive tries to constantly sync that directory. I would just create a Mendix directory and place all your projects inside that directory.

After the extraction you can then open your model.
