I am writing to bring to your attention that I have not received the exam link for the Mendix Intermediate Exam, which is causing me significant concern and inconvenience. I have diligently prepared for the exam, investing considerable time and effort into studying the relevant material and completing the necessary exercises. However, despite this preparation, I have not received the link to access the exam platform. I have checked my email inbox, spam folder, and any other relevant communication channels, but unfortunately, I have not found any correspondence containing the exam link. I already send mail on ”academy@mendix.com” but did not get any response. Is there any live chat support for mendix ?

It has been a long weekend with a public holiday. It should be back to normal now, so I suggest sending another email to academy@mendix.com to chase it.
