I don't think there are any learning paths specifically for Mendix 10 yet, but most of the development should still work the old way as well. You might just not work as efficiently, as Mendix 10 introduced some nice things to speed up your work. 

The Mendix 10 documentation is already up to date though, so you can definitely use that.
