It’s a HTTP forbidden error. If you’re on an office pc, you must check if your have the right to download something on the Mendix website. If you still have a problem, create a ticket for the Mendix support.

Thank you all for the support, the error occurred was due to some restriction put by my company which were resolved after proper access permissions.
