How to access our profile when the email is deactivated

Hi Team, I have changed my job and the email id associated with my mendix account is no more valid. How to change my email id to my new official email id. Please help me to know the process as I want to migrate all my learnings/certifications to my new email id

Once after deactivating your email, you can’t be able to sign in to Mendix account using deactivated email.  Using your new official email you have to create a new Mendix account and set your profile to Public & then submit a merge request (By entering old  Mendix email) which will merge your mendix old profile points etc to your new mendix active account.
