Hey Ather!

On the navigation of your application you have the option to change the application icon.

Go to Navigation -> Application Icon and choose a logo  that Mendix internally provides.

To modify it to a customized image, see Content [Atlas_Web_Content].

There is an option to add customized/required image. Once the image is added, go to Navigation -> Application Icon to select your custom image.
