If it's still activated somewhere, you can find it by using the windows shortcuts to move it around your screen, for instance Windows key + Up arrow sticks it to the top of your screen, with windows key + left or right you can move it between screens, etc.

If you can't find it there, you should be able to enable it under the "View" menu in the top left of studio pro and then clicking "Toolbox"
