Importing User Stories

Hey guys, I have a problem with the importing the user stories it give me an error and I am not able to upload the excel file. Can someone HELP me with that? Go to https://sprintr.home.mendix.com. Open your project. On the left, under Project Management click on Planning. Click on the ellipsis (…) button next to the Create Story button. Click Import Stories from the dropdown. Upload the provided Excel file and click Continue. Click Continue again in the next pop-up.

Most common issues are related to the format (Is has to be XLS not XLSX) or the structure (incorrect columns).
