is it possible to create a desktop application with menndix?

I have already read a little bit about mendix and i find this tools really imoressive and interessant. I want to build an Application, that woul be runned on desktop only, but as i saw in the documentation there were just presented Mendiix as tool to build Web app and smartphone app. Can i also use it to build desktop application? Thank you in advance for any reply.

Hi,
It is indeed not possible at the moment.
Closest you can get is a PWA (Progressive Web App).
