Uploading Image after creating an Object

Hi! I'm trying to make a "Contacts" app and I made everything but the photo and attachment part!  I can upload when creating a new Contact but when I try to change after, it becomes greyed out.   New Contact: Changing photo of an old Contact:   That's ACT_Contact_Create:   and that's UploadContactPhoto:

Hi, 

can you make sure of below things. 

1. Contact Photo object getting passed in Edit page is not empty

2. you are retrieving the correct object ( via association)  in Edit page
