Unable to Download Certificate

On Friday i have done my Mendix Intermediate Exam very well...I got the 82%.But the certificate has not shown from Friday  onwards How can i download the certificate...Please let me know the details.   i have already droped  a mail two times to academy but no response

You can download your certificate from the below URL 

https://academyportalcloud.mendixcloud.com/index.html

1. Go to the above URL

2. Click on My Academy

3. Click the Mendix Intermediate Developer row under My certificates section

4. Check anyone of the tab to download your certificate
