How to get SLATaskApp if I start from a Blank Web App?

I followed the step 2.1.1 "Create the App", but after I go into the step 2.2.1 the SLATaskApp is over there, how should I create the app? I am using 10.13.1 Beta on the MAC

It's frustrating and surprising that Mendix has not fixed this glaring issue. But yes, instead of Blank Web App, if you select "Tasks and Planning":

Then it gets you to the point that is shown in the Learning Path

Hi Bruce,

Looks like a mistake in the learning path. They seem to use the tasks and planning starting point for the course. If that template is available for the version you are using I would just use that. You can fill in the survey at the end to notify mendix of this mistake.
