How to change the text field of a data grid to dropdown

Hi, As the title says how can i change the text field to dropdown. I changed the attribute type of JobTitle from string to enumeration, then created the enumeration (Enum_JobTitle). Now on the Employee Overview i deleted the text filter and added a dropdown, but i can´t select what attribute it points to, like it was in the text field. What can i do? Thanks!

Use Drop-down filter not drop down
