Not sure when your five-week training will start, but I recommend to try and become an official Mendix trainer (you can contact academy@mendix.com). When you apply for this 'T3: Train the trainer' course, they will provide you with material for learning and then teaching the Rapid/Intermediate training courses, and they will provide you with tips and tricks, just like you asked.
But till that time, I would suggest to practice first with some people to receive feedback on your teaching skills. And for setting up a training, I think you might find some valuable tips when you start Googling that. For example; time management, taking breaks, interacting with audience, etc. And for the Rapid course, start with the basics of low-code and object oriented modeling before getting hands-on. And follow the learning path content, don't go too deep into the subjects yet.
