Hi. I’m building a Mendix chatbot app that retrieves full customer details based on any input (like name, mobile number, or ID). I’ve added a sample dataset of 10 customers. Could you please clarify how to structure the microflow or logic so that the chatbot correctly identifies the customer and returns the remaining details, even if only one piece of information is entered?

What is the version that you are using.From 10.24 onwards, Mendix has given already an AI bot template app, which can be used and extended. Please check below thread
