Tooltip widget accessibility improvements

I’d like to suggest an improvement regarding accessibility support in the tooltip widget. Specifically, I’m looking for better support for screen readers and keyboard navigation.

Would it be possible to enhance the widget by:

• Providing a standard toggle button that includes the aria-expanded attribute to indicate the expanded/collapsed state for assistive technologies?
• Ensuring that tooltips or popups automatically close when the user navigates away from the toggle button using the keyboard (e.g., via the Tab key)?

These improvements would significantly enhance the usability of the widget for users relying on screen readers or keyboard navigation.
