Last week I tried to order the Basic package for my application. I got to the dashboard where I filled in the number of users and the location of the Mendix shared cloud, but then when I went to the next step in the request, I got a message that there was a problem on the Digital River side, which handles payments. Today I can’t even get to that dashboard. No matter which way I choose to upgrade to the Basic package, all I get is this: We’re on It! Sorry, this page needed some maintenance. We’ll be back as soon as possible. Have you experienced similar issues recently? This is my first attempt to purchase a Basic license. Thank you for your help.
