When using the Sprintr and the SprintrFeedbackWidget, users in an application can add a snapshot of the page. This is included in the initial feedback, that is fine.
However, then I comment on that feedback. The user receives an email and can answer on my comment by replying like they would any other email. This is their only way of answering as most users don’t have access to the project in the Sprintr (they don’t even have a Mendix account). What happens is that users will attach a document or picture to their reply to clarify their feedback. These attachments are not available in the Sprintr, only the text of their email is.
