Provide More Visibility Into Open and Solved Tickets

Often, I will see a question in the Forum that is a repeat issue or similar issue to one I’ve seen before.  However, I can’t (or am unaware of) how to see information about tickets and their root cause.  I know some ticket information must be kept confidential.  But it would be great if there was a way to have some visibility into current and past tickets.
