Restart Application and Stop Application should have confirm prompts in sprintr details of an environment

In Sprintr click Environments, then Details on an environment. The Restart Application and Stop Application buttons should have confirm prompts on their clicks. Luckily I have never accidentally clicked it but that could be bad if someone did.

The Stop-button does require confirmation; but restart should definitely have the same behaviour!
