When using the Excel Exporter module to export CSV files all fields will automatically be padded with quotation marks.
The library that is used by the Excel Exporter module to export CSV supports only using "" when certains characters are used in the data field.
For this, a second argument (Boolean) needs to be given to the function writeNext in the file xlsreport/report/export/ExportCSV.java.
It would help us if this boolean would be filled with a variable that is configurable from within the Mendix java action.
