Disable app language

Hi,

It would be (very) nice to have an option to disable an app language so that it would not be used in the deployment, but is available in the modeler. 

With this option you can:

1. temporarily disable a language
2. update/introduce another language in steps (but not use it in the app itself, so users won't see it).
