Currently, we are only allowed to download single logs at a time. Which is fine if I'm looking at a single instance within a log. However, if I wanted to look at a week's worth of instances - I'd need to download 7 different logs and then tie them together.
It would be nice if we could select each file or a date range and download a combined file and/or zip of the logs to enhance support capabilities.
