The feedback feature has been working great for us so far. Adding the Contact Reporter tab to communicate with the client is super helpful. However, we're currently experiencing the following scenario:
- client (feedback reporter) submits feedback, scrum master is notified
- we send a follow-up question, client is notified
- client responds, we are not notified of response
- client does not receive a response unless we go in to manually check for a response on every feedback received.
It would be great if we could receive a notification each time the reporter posted something. Thank you
