Allow projects to be tagged and a tag manager feature to define the tags.
Following the popular concept the cloud hyper scalers use, which allows tagging of resources... this idea is to allow tagging of Mendix projects.
1. Allow tagging in project settings of developer portal so that administrators can apply flexible metadata to projects (cost center, data classification, operations, criticality, etc.)
2. Allow tag based search/sort/filter in control center
3. Expose the tags metadata in the projects api
