Document templates are very difficult to use because they cannot be manipulated like pages and have limited capabilities. Additionally, the CSS that can be used is restricted, which feels limiting in terms of extensibility. Even with new versions of Studio Pro, no functional improvements for document templates have been released. I hope for fundamental improvements to make them more user-friendly for developers.
