Extending MAIAs Resource References with Relevant Mendix Blog Posts

2

We have MAIA, a virtual co-developer designed to assist us in various aspects of development. One feature that I believe could further enhance MAIA's value for Mendix makers is expanding the resources it provides when answering questions. Currently, when we ask MAIA a question, it generates responses based on large language models (LLMs) trained on data from Mendix Docs, the Mendix Community, and Mendix Academy. It also provides references to these sources at the bottom of the response, with hyperlinks for easy navigation.

To further improve this, I suggest that we include relevant blog posts (if available) in the reference section as well.

For example, if a user asks, "How to set up Google SSO using the OIDC module?", MAIA currently generates answers with references from Mendix Docs, Community, and Academy. However, there is a detailed blog post by "Ryan Mocke" that addresses this question, available in the Mendix blog section: https://www.mendix.com/blog/add-google-sso-to-your-mendix-app-using-the-oidc-module/ Including such blogs would be a valuable addition to MAIA's responses.

Additionally, I propose that these blog posts be provided as clickable hyperlinks at the bottom of the references section, making it easier for users to navigate directly to the content.

To Summarize: By adding relevant blog posts to MAIA's references and providing them as clickable hyperlinks, Mendix makers can benefit from an even broader range of resources. This would give users quick access to detailed, practical examples and insights from the Mendix blog, alongside existing references from Docs, Community, and Academy, enhancing the overall user experience.
