In almost every project, we feel that the current functionality of user story + task (with only the ability of having tags and points at story level) is not enough. Also, not being able to use Epics, makes it hard to organise the sprints and backlog.
In a nutshell, allow for the use of another level (Epic) that can also have tags and story points.
That is also more conform the Scrum best practices.
