Translatable string type in nanoflow

It would be great if we could have have a variable type of "String (translation)" in nanoflows which is picked up by the modeler for translation purpose. Then this variable could for example be used for confirmation messages, etc

To do this right now you would have to create an enum and translation the captions of those items, but this is kinda tedious
