Filter in Project Explorer with Changed Items when project is under Subversion/Git control

Currently in the Project Explorer we have a visual aide to identify if an element has been changed (orange circle).

When working on a larger application the changes made could go over multiple folders/domains and often I got lost in the elements that I am working on. It could help that I could filter the project explorer to only show the elements that have been updated for a quick reference.

Hello Richard,

We can see all changes in changes section, it helps us to identify what changes we have done.In app explored there is no such filter.
