Email Connector - configure email templates before the email configuration is complete

Hi, 

the Email_Connector module greets the administrators with the welcome page. We often experience that the email settings take a while to be provided - for various reasons. It would be nice to be able to prepare the email templates already before the configuration is complete. For flexibility, please add the open page (eg. to the template configuration) events to the cards in this overview.
