Having 3 environments (Test, Acceptance, Production) is not enough sometimes. Per example right now we need a demo environment and we do not have one. We had to push our changes in dev to QA to have a demo environment, but our deployment was not really a QA deployment. This is because we do not have the possibility to have another extra environment. Please allow more flexibility.
