Why doenst my production security work, but my production/demo does?

When i change my security from production/demo to production i get an error. This error show in the module status by entitiy acces incomplete. When i look at the entitiy acces (with both my MyFirstModule and EmailTemplate) to see what's wrong. I do no not know. When i saved it the next thing that happend was the 1000s of errors. And I have no idea how it came about just by switching from production/demo to production. Can somebody tell whats wrong?
