Unable to download the Siemens Plant Maintenance template

I wanted to create a new app using the Siemens Plant Maintenance and Inspection template as a starter.. It says connecting to appstore, downloading and then immediately throws an error “An error occurred while connecting to the appstore. Please try again later”. I am able to download other templates.. Please help..
