I accidentally replaced my module. I wanted to download an app in my project. my data would all be replaced. How can I get it back.

Can't you revert to your latest commit?

In the changes section, richtclick on the change and choose revert.

You could download a prior committed version of your app, it will have any changes you have made before replacing the EmailTemplate module.

If you haven't made a backup of the data, you won't be able to retrieve the lost data.
