failed to connect to sql server as external database

i am getting a console runtime error that failed to get driver instance for jdbc url while getting the data from external sql database through microflow. i am using sql server 2014 and sqlexpress server. i have a jdbc driver saved at the userlib location of the app on the system. one more thing how to use localhost sql server
