Getting runtime error regarding Localhost : 8080

I was able to run Mendix application on Local host : 8080 but today I am facing error as :

Robert is exactly right. And changing the port is done in your project settings:

Are you running two instances of Mendix at the same time? If so, you have them bound to the same port.
