Hi, I am trying to setup embedded power BI to fetch OData from my mendix application. There seems to be 2 ways of setting up you azure access when using embedded Power BI, Power BI app owns data. Either by using a “single master account” or by using a “service principal”. Does anyone of you know any pros or cons of using either of them together with mendix? I have a Power BI Pro user so I can do the “single master account” but will it be easier to share report building between developers using the “service principal” setup? Kind regards Johan

This depends a bit on the data. OData respects the entity access so that a user only can retrieves it’s own data. But if the data is for every user the same you could go for the service principal.
